Symptoms:
	PHCO_24692:
	1. man -k is not reportng one-line description for some
	   of the key words given at the command line because of
	   a problem in /usr/lbin/getNAME.

Defect Description:
	PHCO_24692:
	1. man -k reads the one-line description for the
	   key words given at the command line, from the
	   /usr/share/lib/whatis database. This data base is
	   created by catman(1) by reading the man pages with
	   the help of getNAME. But getNAME is not recognizing
	   the one-line description of the patterns, if
	   NAME is present in the quotes after .SH in the
	   corresponding man page source.
	   Eg. In the mk_kernel(1M) man page source, NAME is
	   present in the quotes after .SH.
	   "man -k mk_kernel" gives the error message
	   "mk_kernel: nothing appropriate" though
	   "man mk_kernel" shows the man page.

	Resolution:
	   getNAME code is changed to search for NAME
	   within quotes, after the .SH in the manpage source
	   and put the one line description of the pattern into
	   the /usr/share/lib/whatis database.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHCO_24692

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHCO_24692.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHCO_24692.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHCO_24692.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHCO_24692.text file is 
	available in the product readme:

		swlist -l product -a readme -d @ /tmp/PHCO_24692.depot

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHCO_24692.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k
