	PHCO_24168:
	The source file is removed when cpio attempts
	to "pass file to self" as root.

	PHCO_20026:
	Enhancements to cpio to function with JFS ACLs.

	PHCO_13966:
	cpio -p no longer reports the number of blocks.

Defect Description:
	PHCO_24168:
	When attempting to "pass file to self" as root
	cpio does not protect the source file.

	Resolution:
	The test that determines if the target file is
	the source file in passthrough mode was moved to
	just after the lstat so that the file is checked
	to ensure that it is not being restored before
	it gets unlinked.

	PHCO_20026:
	Enhancements to cpio to function with JFS ACLs.

	PHCO_13966:
	Prior to HP-UX release 10.10, cpio -p reported the number
	of blocks written.  As of release 10.10, the -p option does
	not report the number of blocks.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHCO_24168

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHCO_24168.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHCO_24168.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHCO_24168.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHCO_24168.text file is 
	available in the product readme:
