Defect Description: PHCO_18276: The behaviour of the '+%V' format of date(1) command has changed due to the change in behaviour of the '%V' directive of strftime(3C). 'date -u +%V' used to return incorrect week number for years ending on Monday or later. Ex:31st December 1997. Resolution: strftime(3C) has been modified to take care of this issue. Archived /sbin/date has been recreated with the modified strftime(3C). The date(1) man page has also been updated.
