Symptoms:
	PHCO_16704:
	Installation may fail when many ISU products are installed
	on the same system.  The following error message appears in
	/var/adm/sw/swagent.log:

	config: Driver library table overflow
	      config failure.
	ERROR:  The command "/usr/sbin/mk_kernel", which is
	        used to rebuild the kernel, has failed.  Because
	        kernel-related filesets were installed, this command
	        must be executed by "swinstall", without failures,
	        before the load can continue.
	        Check the above output for details about the
	        failure.

Defect Description:
	PHCO_16704:
	Config potentially hits its table size limit for driver
	libraries when installing several ISU products on the same
	system.  The combination of ISU products and the number of
	driver libraries that they require will determine whether
	a particular configuration will fail.  Config will fail with
	the following message when this situation is encountered:

	 config: Driver library table overflow
	       config failure.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHCO_16704

	5. Run swinstall to install the patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -s /tmp/PHCO_16704.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in 
	/var/adm/sw/save/PHCO_16704.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, use the patch_save_files option:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true \
			  -x patch_save_files=false -s /tmp/PHCO_16704.depot

	WARNING: If patch_save_files is false when a patch is installed,
		 the patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	For future reference, the contents of the PHCO_16704.text file is 
	available in the product readme:

		swlist -l product -a readme -d @ /tmp/PHCO_16704.depot

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:
