Patch Name: PHSS_3911 Patch Description: s700 9.X ARTCore patch to fully support ANSI C These versions on ARTCore fully support the application developers use of ANSI C or KNR C. The library interface has been modified such that doubles are now expected where floats were expected in the past. Since the ANSI C prototypes will always convert the data type passed in the interface to a double, this change should have no effect on the application developer's code.
