Patch Name: PHNE_4243 Patch Description: s700 9.X OTS/9000 Megapatch C.04.01 OTS C.04.01 RFC1006 cannot interoperate with some implementations. When a non-HP remote tries to establish a connection, the HP RFC1006 sends a CC TPDU which has 3 extra bytes of 0s. RFC1006 is supposed to remove the 3 extra bytes before sending the CC. This causes the remote to reject the connection. User data greater than 64K bytes cannot be transferred when using session API or APRI over RFC1006. Logging and tracing for RFC1006 can be done by turning on logging and tracing for transport entity. PHNE_3833: --------- Enhanced range of configuration for Transport/Session timers. tpcons_tp4_retrans_timer has no effect. Always retrans at 10 sec. when network connection fails. Use of Q bit in a CR TPDU hangs HP-UX. Session interoperability problems with BULL. OTS panics on receipt of P-Connect containing no PCDL list. ACSE doesn't send an ABRT APDU when an invalid PDU is received in sta7. Spurious log msg "OsiDwBind() invalid NSAP length INT( *Nsap)=0". Trace/Log messages are dropped unnecessarily.
