Patch Name: PHNE_3010 Patch Description: s700 9.X OTS-KRN C.04.00 patch Fix TPI problem which was passing TP4 security option to XTI user as user data. Fix XTI problem, in which synchronous t_connect() to an invalid T-selector was hanging the application. Badly formed Session PDUs can cause system panics. Presentation:Bypass User data encoding for resync conf. Fix resync response user data defect. OTS/9000 conformance patch for TP0, TP4, CLNP on Series 800 Modifications to OTS necessary for conformance to the US GOSIP and other profiles for the TP0, TP4, and CLNP protocols. Affects the response of OTS to the receipt of various protocol errors: CLNP IPDU with invalid length 0xFF; CC TPDU with an invalid checksum or invalid class parameter; CR TPDU with an undefined TPDU size parameter; Spurious CC or DT TPDUs. Following Session layer fixes are for INTAP conformance. a) Allow (and ignore) invalid parms in ACCEPT SPDUs. b) Special flag allows OTS to send ABORT ACCEPT SPDU (instead of a transport disconnect) in response to a ABORT SPDU, when the transport connection is not to be reused. Previous OTS fixes also incorporated into this patch are: Fix NSAP addressing problem on some CONS networks; Fix CLNP/X.25 loopback problem on DATAPAC, TRANSPAC, and AUSPAC networks; Fix CLNP/LAN panic when OTS/9000 receives multicast ER NPDU; Path Name: /hp-ux_patches/s700/9.X/PHNE_3010 Effective Date: 930831 Modification Date: 94/04/27 Modification Reason: The patch was modified to allow installation on HP-UX 9.05.
