Patch Name: PHNE_2275 Patch Description: Fixes snap3179g problem when entering PA3 key many times. When users press the PA3 (or other attention keys) many times, snap3179g used to buffer them up and send them all to the host. Certain host applications don't like this, and end up sending invalid data streams back to snap3179g. So now snap3179g doesn't buffer the PA keys. Instead it locks the keyboard and beeps if users press PA keys more than once before the host responds.
