Patch Name: PHSS_2097 Patch Description: Starbase CGM interpreter now recognizes all VDCEXT calls. The Starbase CGM driver failed in some cases to draw the negative quadrants of a CGM drawing. The only data which is visible appears in the upper-right quadrant (positive X, positive Y), even though it is positioned appropriately in the window; that is, it appears in the upper right part of the window. The rest of the window is is blank.
