Patch Name: PHSS_1644 Patch Description: The first patch for NLIO 8.2 (A.08.20E 08/24/92). Symptoms: 1) udcload does not work at all on X11R5 version of hpterm. 2) udcload can not use a baud rate that is set by model file. 3) xj0input does not allocate shared memory properly that causes heavy loading and sometimes system panic. 4) xj0input dies when accessed from Sun X11/NeWS server. 5) some options of lp model file for hpc1208a (-o12, -omcs, -oa4, -oa4, -ob4, -oletter, -oupright) does not work correctly. Fix: 1) Changed to check LANG environment variable if ioctl fails to get GLANG. 2) Un-set default 9600 baud rate, and changed to use it in model file. 3) Changed the timing to get and release shared memory to be used by Japanese input conversion. 4) Added error process to use default font when sufficient font properties can not be obtained from Sun's system font through Sun's X server. 5) Allowed -o12 -oudc combination. Allowed negative value for -omcs option. Changed default number of lines per page to -oa4, -oa4, -ob4, and -oletter. Corrected escape sequences generated by -oupright option.
