	PHCO_14318:

	For audit log file records created after Dec. 31, 1999,
	the displayed date will have 3 digits for the year field
	(years since 1900).

	Also, when start and/or stop times are selected with the
	-t and/or -s options, if the optional 2 digit year field
	is present, it will be interpreted as being between 1900
	and 1999 (i.e. dates past 1999 could not be specified).

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Copy the patch to your /tmp directory and unshar it:

		cd /tmp
		cp patch_source/PHCO_14318 .
		sh PHCO_14318

	3. Become root and run update:

		/etc/update [-r [kernel_gen_file]] -s \
			/tmp/PHCO_14318.updt PHCO_14318

	Update moves the original software to 
	/system/PHCO_14318/orig.  Keep this file to recover from any
	potential problems.  You should move the .text file to 
	/system/PHCO_14318 for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and update from the
	tape drive, use dd:

		dd if=PHCO_14318.updt of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2048
